Note: The Mindfulness Essentials session serves as the orientation for the 8-week MBSR program, and attendance at one session is required before starting the course. There’s no obligation to enroll afterwards. If you register for the full program first, the fee for this session is waived and you’ll choose your orientation date during registration.
