Curious about Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction but not quite ready to commit to the full 8-week course? Join us for a free, live online orientation session to learn more about the program, meet the instructor, and explore whether MBSR is right for you.
This 75-minute session offers an overview of the MBSR curriculum, a brief guided mindfulness practice, and time for Q&A. It’s a great opportunity to experience the tone and structure of the course before deciding to register.

• Tuesday, August 19 · 6:00–7:15 PM (ET)
• Saturday, August 23 · 10:00–11:15 AM (ET)
We recommend attending the orientation that corresponds with the cohort you're considering (e.g., Fall Orientation if you're interested in the Fall MBSR course), though you are welcome to attend any session and register for a future cohort.
All are welcome—whether you're brand new to mindfulness or looking to deepen your practice.
Note: While this orientation is a required part of the full MBSR program, there is no commitment to sign up for the 8-week course afterwards; that's totally up to you. If you prefer to reserve your spot in the MBSR class, you can register for the full program, which includes the orientation and all sessions.
