The Moendy Sangha
A Sangha is a community of individuals practicing mindfulness and meditation together. Its essence lies in awareness, understanding, acceptance, harmony, and compassion. It is a supportive space where people come together to learn, grow, and connect.
At Moendy, our Sangha is open to everyone through a free weekly gathering. Whether you’ve taken one of our MBSR classes, participated in coaching, practiced on your own, or are new to meditation, you are warmly invited to join. Regardless of your level of experience, we come together to support, inspire, and nurture one another on this shared path.

What You Need to Know
Schedule
Join us on Mondays at 12:00 PM ET via Zoom for a 30-minute mindfulness gathering.
Structure
Welcome: A brief check-in to set the tone and intention for the session.
Meditation: A lightly guided practice to cultivate mindfulness and presence.
Group Share: An optional space to reflect, listen, and connect with others.
How to Join
Register for the week you’d like to attend through our Store. Once registered, you’ll receive an email with the Zoom details. You’re welcome to join as often as you’d like—there’s no ongoing commitment required.
Technical Recommendations
Join from a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be interrupted.
Use a computer rather than a phone or tablet for the best experience.
Keep your camera on during the session, if possible, to foster a sense of connection.

We strive to maintain a safe and supportive space for everyone. Participants who do not follow the community guidelines may be asked to leave the session to preserve the integrity of our Sangha.
