Step away from the noise of modern life and immerse yourself in a day of noble silence, reflection, and mindfulness practice. This retreat offers an opportunity to deepen your meditation practice through sitting, walking, and contemplative practices. Inspirational readings and light guidance will be provided, with some practices conducted in silence.
Format: Live Online via Zoom.
Session: Saturday, August 30, 10:00am - 5:00pm ET (with a one-hour lunch break from 12:30pm - 1:30pm).
Who Can Join?
This retreat is open to all, though some mindfulness or meditation experience is recommended. Have you completed an 8-week MBSR class? Fantastic! This is a wonderful opportunity to deepen your practice and connect with others. New to MBSR? No problem. Meditators from any background are welcome to join.
