Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is an 8-week, evidence-based program designed to provide structured training in cultivating awareness and exploring the interplay of physical, mental, and emotional states.

Format: Live Online via Zoom. 

Sessions: Orientation and 8 weekly 2 1/2 hour sessions with an All-Day session.

Orientation (required):
Tuesday, June 10 · 6:00–7:15 PM (ET) or Saturday, June 21 · 10:00-11:15 AM (ET)

All participants are required to attend one orientation session before the program begins. Please indicate your preferred session when you register.

Weekly Classes:
Tuesdays, June 24; July 1, 8, 15, 22 & 29; August 5 & 12
6:00–8:30 PM (ET)

All-Day Retreat:
Saturday, August 2 · 10:00 AM–5:00 PM (ET)
